GORUCK Bullet, Echo, Rucker Rucksacks

BULLET RUCK - 10L (BLACK W/ BLACK) [$140]

Made in USASCARS

We build a lot of rucks (like GR1) that hold all the weight. The Bullet Ruck is simpler and more streamlined. So, while its stress points are also proven at up to 400 lbs, we recommend a 20 LB Ruck Plate and some water.

Or just throw the essentials in it, and go about your day.

Features a black embroidered GORUCK spearhead logo and black MOLLE webbing.

DESCRIPTION

Built for two purposes: (1) Active Dayruck. Throw your stuff in it and go. If you own a GR2 and want to pack a more streamlined dayruck, this is your huckleberry. (2) Rucking. It perfectly houses a 3L hydration bladder and 20 LB Ruck Plate. This setup is a solid start if you’re looking to get into rucking, and it also works at a GORUCK Light when you want to put your fitness to the test.

BULLET RUCK EXPLAINED BY JASON, GORUCK’S FOUNDER

The 20 LB Ruck Plate and 3L Hydration Bladder fit perfectly. Plus everything else you won’t want in your pockets, while rucking. Like keys, jackets, and beer.

It’s an active dayruck. Throw the essentials in it, and go about your day.

Special Forces grade materials with customization options. Yes, badass GORUCK Carabiners do in fact make the Bullet Ruck tougher.

We hate the annoying sound of zipper heads hitting each other over and over again while we’re on the move. Don’t you?

This is a feature found in Special Forces medical rucks = easy find it.

Water is life. Don’t even think about putting something else in that bladder.

Scars Lifetime Guarantee. Our team in Bozeman, Montana is standing by should you do something exceptionally awesome at your Bullet’s expense. Ruck Hard, Play Hard.

PRIMARY FEATURES

  • Single compartment with a built in pocket for your 20 LB Ruck Plate.
  • VELCRO® retention loop with a snap button on the interior keeps your Standard Source Hydration bladder in place.
  • External slant pocket provides quick access to keys, snacks, and other small items.
  • 2” x 3” VELCRO® on front allows you to customize the 10L Bullet with the patch of your choice (patch is not included).
  • Opens flat for easy packing and maximum organization – this is a feature found in Special Forces medical rucks.
  • Shoulder straps: ½” inch thick foam, 2 ½” wide. Compared to GR1’s, which are ⅝” thick and 2 ¾” wide. Note: foam in the shoulder straps is a combination of lower density foam (softer) laminated to higher density foam (harder). The lower density is against the wearer's body for additional comfort.
  • Padded back panel for additional comfort next to your back.
  • Padded bottom for increased durability. Do not use as a slam ruck, though. (Yes, people ask us this all the time).
  • Drain hole at the bottom sheds excess water, in the off chance you jump in a lake and water finds its way into your ruck.
  • Designed to sit high on your back, placing most of the weight on the shoulders and back (the preferred technique when rucking because these are large muscle groups).
  • Ruck Plates. The 20 LB Ruck Plate fits perfectly because we designed the Bullet’s interior around it. The 10 LB Ruck Plate will also fit, when you turn it sideways - Expert Plates (20 LB and 30 LB) and the 30 LB Ruck Plate are too wide, and will not fit. Check out the Rucker or GR1 for maximum Ruck Plate integration options.
  • 3 rows of external MOLLE webbing sized to fit a GR1 Field pocket and other MOLLE friendly accessories, like badass Carabiners (yes, they make the Bullet Ruck even tougher).
  • Weight: 1.4 lbs. Toughness factor is a million times that.
  • Silent Zipper Pulls. We hate the annoying sound of zipper heads hitting each other over and over again while we’re on the move. Don’t you?
  • YKK Zippers. These are the only zippers you should ever trust. Companies looking to save a buck here or there use inferior ones. We use the best on the market.

SIZING GUIDE

Due to its streamlined build, the Bullet Ruck works for all shapes and sizes.

ECHO (BLACK) [$225]

Made in USASCARS

One of our original three rucks, this “Echo” of GR1 is built for smaller frames and for minimalist EDC (Everyday Carry). It protects a laptop with confidence and is a pack light favorite.

DESCRIPTION

The Echo is a small dayruck that thrives in cities, when rucking (with lighter weight) to train, at OCR’s, and at GORUCK Light. It protects a small laptop with force and is a pack light favorite.

PRIMARY FEATURES

  • Built in the USA of military-grade, highly water-resistant materials.
  • Two compartments: one main, one laptop next to your back.
  • Main compartment opens flat, internal pocket layout allows for optimal organization.
  • 15″ tall bombproof compartment next to your back is extra reinforced to securely take a small laptop into combat.
  • Feed your bladder hose through a VELCRO® closed opening underneath the top handle of the ruck.
  • External slant pocket provides quick access to keys, snacks, and other small items.
  • 2” x 3” VELCRO® on front allows you to customize the Echo with the patch of your choice (patch is not included).
  • The Echo’s low profile and small size make it ideal as a “go bag” that fighter pilots keep in the cockpit with them – housing all the essentials they hope they never have to use. While rucking, its low profile means the weight stays closer to your back, which is the preferred technique.
  • Opens flat for easy packing and maximum organization – this is a feature found in Special Forces medical rucks.
  • Shoulder straps are extra padded to carry heavier loads more comfortably.
  • Designed to sit high on your back, placing most of the weight on the shoulders and back (the preferred technique when rucking because these are large muscle groups).
  • 2 rows of external and internal MOLLE webbing sized to fit a Echo Field pocket and other MOLLE friendly accessories.
  • Scars Lifetime Guarantee. Our team in Bozeman, Montana is standing by should you do something exceptionally awesome at your Bullet’s expense. Ruck Hard, Play Hard.

SIZING GUIDE

  • If you’re under 5’10” and want a small laptop/training dayruck, the Echo is for you.
  • If you’re above 5’10”, consider the 21L GR1.

RUCKER (BLACK W/ BLACK) [$273]

Made in USASCARS

The Rucker is an active dayruck, perfect for rucking and the GORUCK Challenge. It’s optimized for Ruck Plates and hydration bladders.

The Rucker. You put weight in it. It feels good.

Features Black MOLLE webbing and a black embroidered GORUCK spearhead on the front panel.

DESCRIPTION

The Rucker is an active dayruck. Perfect for rucking and the GORUCK Challenge. It integrates with Ruck Plates, which unlike laptops, don’t break. And if any other company had built the Rucker, they’d call it a laptop bag, and probably the best ever. But it’s not, that’s GR1’s job.

PRIMARY FEATURES

Special Forces Grade Materials

The materials we choose are proven to thrive in war. YKK Zippers perform despite Middle East sandstorms, and 1000 denier CORDURA® is the preferred material for Special Forces rucks due to its strength to weight ratio and durability.

Badass American Construction

High stress points are strength tested at over 400 lbs. The Rucker is capable of holding more weight than any human should ruck with.

MOLLE Attachments

3 rows of external MOLLE webbing let you customize your Rucker how you want. MOLLE is the same system used by our Armed Forces to attach life-saving sensitive equipment, such as ammunition.

Hip Belt Integration

Integrates perfectly with a hip/waist belt to spread the load across your hips when rucking. Using MOLLE gives you the choice to have it if you want and not have it if you don't want it.

Built-In Frame Sheet

Supports the integrity of the pack as you weigh it down and ultimately allows you to carry a heavier load more comfortably. If there were no frame sheet, the ruck would curl in on itself too much when you cinch it down on your shoulders.

Ruck Plate Pocket

The Rucker's large internal pocket is optimized to hold Ruck Plates of any size (10, 20, 30, or 45 LB). Secured with VELCRO and double-Layered for safely stacking multiple Ruck Plates.

Hydration Bladder Loop

Built-in VELCRO loop secures your hydration bladder and allows gravity to do its job.

Hydration Port

Exit port for hydration bladder tube found under the top handle of the ruck.

Silent Zipper Pulls

YKK zippers with silent, glove friendly zipper pulls constructed from parachute 550 cord. There is no good reason why zippers should make noise when rucking (or assaulting). Ours don’t.

Extra Padded Straps and Handle

Shoulder straps and top handle are extra padded to carry heavier loads more comfortably.

Opens Flat

Easy to pack and organize. Special Forces medical rucks share a similar design.

Pockets

Two internal pockets: one large mesh zippered pocket and one small go-to zippered pocket. External slant pocket provides quick access to keys, snacks, and other small items.

2" x 3" VELCRO

Allows you to customize your Rucker with the patch of your choice.

Rainproof

By military-spec submersion tests, waterproof means you could repeatedly submerge something and its contents would stay entirely dry. Our rucks are highly water resistant aka rainproof.

GORUCK TRAINING SANDBAGS

Our Sandbags are the toughest ever built. We beat the hell out of our Sandbags for two main reasons: (1) to prove they’re the toughest Sandbags on the market and (2) we don’t know any other way. Made of 1000D Cordura ® and proven across 1,000’s of miles of stress at our Events and in garage gyms all over the world, GORUCK Sandbags are built in America and built to last.

 LIFETIME GUARANTEE

We offer our Scars Lifetime Guarantee on Sandbags. If you break them or rip them, we’ll repair or replace them. We don’t need to know the date of purchase and we can recognize our own gear. So play hard.

Yes, there are a couple disclaimers, here ya go:

  • You have to use them with Filler Bags.
  • You can’t use them as slam bags, especially on concrete.
  • And speaking of concrete, you can’t drag them for a mile on concrete or they will fail. We have proof because we tested that.

Zippers are the weak points on our rucks, and we use the best for every piece of gear we build. But for Sandbags the zippers are not the weak points, the handles are.

We’ve strength tested the point where the handles meet the Sandbag at over 300 lbs. Our largest Sandbag is only 120 lbs, you do the math.

Interested in purchasing Sandbags and Filler Bags separately?  You can do so here!
