Senior E-Commerce Marketing And Community Manager

Your core responsibility is to grow acquisition, revenue and retention through marketing and community strategies. This is a management role focused on growing the heart of Grouphunt - our Community. You must be passionate about Grouphunt and its mission. 

As a core driver of company growth, you will coordinate with all other teams, most directly with 
product and sales. You are a tenacious team player, a growth hacker with strong commercial acumen, and a problem-solving ethos and/or entrepreneurial skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Grouphunt’s marketing and community strategy with the goal of acquiring users, driving revenue and retention, to grow a loyal customer base

  • Marketing: Establish frameworks of workflows, standards, and systems for a scalable digital marketing strategy. Including but not only media buying, SEO, content creation, social media management, offline methods. Develop and maintain marketing and social media calendar to lead traffic to product, increase conversion and drive up basket size.  

  • Oversee design of marketing, promotion and advertising strategies and materials. Oversee content creation (video and blogs) to plan, develop and deliver dynamic and engaging online content with consistent social media presence

  • Community: Identify and develop a scalable strategy for growing community size, engagement and goodwill. This includes identifying and working with partners, community managers, loyalty programs or affiliate marketing programs, etc.

  • Constantly initiate the evaluation of performance. Set performance metrics and track product analytics. Gather and analyse sales data, user data (including user lifecycle campaigns), marketing ROI, market conditions, and competitor analysis, to identify new opportunities and potential offerings. Work these opportunities directly into the Grouphunt product (website), and lead marketing and community strategies to achieve sales growth and objectives.

  • Partnerships: Initiate business review to create long-term positive relationships and strategise community outreach to grow customer brand loyalty and optimise the GH experience. Engage social media influencers to drive impactful word of mouth. Respond to customer initiatives and manage customer rewards schemes and loyalty campaigns

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent

  • At least 5 years experience in consumer internet / e-commerce / retail Management or related sector

  • Experience in e-commerce marketing and strategic analysis is preferred

  • Have experience managing 4-digit marketing spend, OR produced content that has garnered over 30k reach

  • Customer-focused, strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

  • High analytical data-driven ability to think strategically in and out of the box

Customer Service Administrator

This is a role within our Operations team, helping us to build and maintain a good rapport with our users and internal team, while keeping us focused and organised. You love engaging with users on a friendly and personal level, attending to customer feedback in an efficient, compassionate, enthusiastic and effective manner. You keep our small but dynamic company organised, liasing with product, community and marketing teams, to keep us running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: You are the eyes and ears of our company.
  • Respond to user inquiries and feedback tickets, assess customer needs and problem solve solutions, whether it’s a small service problem or a feature suggestion.

  • Help to share product knowledge and provide assistance.

  • Communicate with users, including follow up calls to key customers and managing errant users.

Administrative:

  • You keep our team organised and provide day-to-day support for simple administration.
  • Order processing - maintain and reconcile supplier records, invoicing and prepayments

  • Managing deliveries & courier services Simple accounts (AP & AR)

  • Handling quotation and purchasing orders

  • filing, printing, and ad-hoc support  (leave application and petty cash claim)

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels; relevant Diploma or University degree preferred

  • Good command of English (written and verbal); additional language is a bonus

  • Knowledge of Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

  • Minimum 2 years full-time Customer Service experience and/or administrative support experience in an e-commerce environment

  • Knowledgeable on how Social Media platforms work e.g Facebook Messenger, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, App and Play Store

  • Bonus: Familiarity with customer support tools like Zendesk, Hootsuite etc.

Senior E-Commerce Operations Manager

Your core responsibility is to oversee day-to-day operations to hit growth and revenue targets and operational efficiencies. You will be the main coordinator across all teams. 

This is a Management role with significant opportunity for Executive growth. You must be someone who has the initiative to be a core driver of the company’s expansion opportunities. You are a tenacious growth hacker with strong commercial acumen, entrepreneurial skills and a problem-solving ethos.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and establish framework of workflows, standards, and systems for sales, marketing, logistics and customer support teams to engage and guide them through requirements for the business

  • Achieve key targets through the planning, managing, coordination and direction of the day to day operations across all teams within the company

  • Measure and report on the progress of various key performance indicators that are linked to the operational performance of the Value Stream operations

  • Act as the driver and catalyst for change in continuous improvement activities related to optimizing the operational flow of the business

  • Oversee sales and sourcing team. Set sales targets and incentives so we hit revenue targets. Works closely with vendors/suppliers and customers to ensure compliance, schedule and requirements are met

  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to execute operations

  • Build delivery solution for local and regional markets and lead expansion into regional markets

  • Manage goods receivable and payable, invoices, prepayments and cashflow. Set up and maintain proper and accurate accounting with supporting documents for audit trace

  • Oversee warehouse staff including monitoring of inventory levels, loading, packing and delivery of goods

  • Oversee responsive management of customer handling

  • Analyse customer feedback and identify needs to improve the GH experience

  • Provide insights and recommendations to product team to develop, test and roll out successful data-driven solutions and maximise customer journey

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent

  • MBA or Post-Graduate Degree preferred

  • Min 5 years E-commerce (or traditional) order fulfillment activities in Singapore and/or APAC

  • Strong knowledge of traditional and crowd-sourcing delivery service models

  • Experience in key operational metrics (ie: order cycle time, ship estimate accuracy, on time and complete shipment, inventory record defect rate) is highly preferred

Grouphunt is searching for a video personality, editor, and growth master to create original content and build up our YouTube following. This role will see you shooting and editing the latest exclusive products and reviews, and using data to analyze and optimize your edits for subscriber growth. Grouphunt is searching for experienced Buyers to continue to build and expand our audio, coffee, cycling, gaming, and parenthood communities. Our Buyers are given the opportunity to coordinate all aspects of Grouphunt's purchasing cycle. This includes identifying quality products that would meet the demands of our community, reaching out to vendors with access to those products and executing product launches. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging users in discussions, identifying new products, working with new and existing accounts, organizing product releases, and more.
